Entry-Level Office Assistant (Full-Time)

We are a growing Auto Parts E-Commerce company located in Fullerton, CA, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a structured and supportive office environment. We are looking for a long-term team member who is eager to learn and grow with the company.

Position Details

  • Full-Time

  • On-site (Fullerton, CA)

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • No weekends / No overtime

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders

  • Data entry and database maintenance

  • Organize documents and update basic reports

  • Support daily E-Commerce operations

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Assist with team projects as needed

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications
