Deine Aufgaben:
  • Einweisung und Einrichtung von E-Commerce Systemen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im E-Commerce
  • Einrichten von Online Marketing
  • Beratung und Hilfestellung am Telefon
  • Problemstellungen analysieren und reproduzieren
  • Software einrichten, installieren und konfigurieren
  • Installieren und konfigurieren von Online-Shops
  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden per Fernwartung
  • Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden
