Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring eCommerce Marketing Manager in Moorpark, CA. The eCommerce Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of digital growth for a new Shopify B2B platform, focusing on wholesale buyer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual contributor with deep expertise in Shopify B2B, performance marketing, and automated lifecycle journeys designed to maximize customer lifetime value.

Job Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 Annually BOE

Licenses/Certifications Required:

  • Certified eCommerce Manager (desirable)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for the Shopify B2B platform, focusing on acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Search, Display, Retargeting, and Referral to drive qualified traffic from wholesale retailers and distributors.
  • Optimize the customer journey through data-driven personalization and automated lifecycle flows including onboarding, replenishment, and win-back strategies.
  • Manage and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to increase B2B conversion rates and site performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy segmented, behavior-based email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Partner with development and merchandising teams to continuously optimize UX, mobile experience, and product recommendations using first-party data.
  • Evaluate and recommend Martech solutions, including CDPs and marketing automation tools, to enhance platform performance.
  • Build and manage lifecycle flows using behavioral triggers within the ecommerce and email platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or 6+ years of professional experience in eCommerce growth or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing specifically within B2B, wholesale, or regulated industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Shopify B2B platform and its built-in capabilities for customer groups and purchase history.
  • Strong fluency in analytics and performance measurement tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage automated lifecycle flows using platforms like Klaviyo or similar CRM/CDP tools.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on segmented performance reporting and budget optimization.
  • Ability to translate first-party data and purchase behavior into actionable marketing insights that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Self-starter capability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
