Job description

Winholt Equipment in Woodbury, NY is looking for a Full-time eCommerce Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for Winholt. This well-rounded and digital-savvy individual will help lead the day-to-day execution of the e-commerce business and online sales strategy aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the company. The eCommerce Marketing & Sales Coordinator will also assist in executing all web and marketing efforts of the business such as email marketing, affiliate marketing, search engine marketing (Paid Search, SEO, CSEs), and targeting to help achieve web sales targets. This position will also touch various other aspects of the eCommerce business, which will relate to creative production as well as customer satisfaction and product coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Increase Amazon sales & product presence.
  • Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns for 3rd party marketplaces like eBay and Newegg, etc. Identify new 3rd party opportunities.
  • Take full responsibility of weekly product uploads and updating of product pages on the websites. Including, but not limited to uploading and merchandising new products.
  • Assist with creative content management including updating homepages, blogs and key content pages.
  • Create weekly sales status reports, and for meeting online sales plans and tracking monthly sales targets.
  • Assist in Email & Eblast marketing execution end to end.
  • Support other members of the team with any ad-hoc tasks including but not limited to order fulfillment, customer service, competitive analysis, researching new features.
  • Maintain product image catalog.
  • Increase sales & products on our national customer’s websites.
  • Social Media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Data analysis on competitive products and competitors.
  • Coordinate with marketing company product launches to include packaging, print, online advertising, direct mail marketing, public relations, and promotional campaigns to our customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis of industries and markets.
  • Perform analysis of e-commerce best practices to arrive at recommendations on how to improve sales.
  • Support and manage the creation and execution of all e-commerce promotional activities.
  • Maintain relationships with e-commerce retail partners and manage customer expectations.
  • Own the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce activity and all online sales efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Amazon or other E-commerce sales and customer service experience is a MUST.
  • Working knowledge of retail business acumen and e-commerce best practices.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, e-commerce platforms and Excel.
  • SEO and Google Analytics Requirements and HTML, Java and Wordpress a Plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter and proactive, Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and detail and results oriented.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
