Job description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Marketing Analyst for a position located in Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Marketing Analyst will manage reporting requests submitted through intake forms and oversee the request process from intake to delivery.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 2-6years of experience in marketing analysis, coordination, or consulting

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and gather additional requirements.
  • Work with team members and cross-functional partners to collect and analyze data.
  • Develop clear data visualizations and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Modify and refine reports based on leadership and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical projects as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of seven within a larger Commercial and Industrial business unit.
  • Partner with peer teams, Residential/Mass Market teams, Trade Managers, and external contractors involved in energy efficiency programs.

Requirements of the Marketing Analyst:

  • 2-6 years of experience in marketing analysis, coordination, or consulting with strong skills in reporting and data visualization.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce including dashboard creation, preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and formatting.
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau preferred.
  • Data analytics experience, including Salesforce Einstein Analytics is preferred.
  • Utility industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Technical aptitude with a solid analytical background.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a nice to have.
