Job description

Job Title:Web Content & Analytics SpecialistSummary:The Web Content & Analytics Specialist is responsible for the ongoing content and product information maintenance as well as web analytics for all Momentive websites. This role will update, maintain, and enhance the customer digital experience as well as implement solutions to increase traffic and drive KPIs for Momentive.com. This includes partnering across global marketing teams to deploy compelling content that drives site engagement through various digital channels including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, mobile, and email. The success of this position will be measured in content performance metrics (site engagement, views, leads generated, and downloads from online prospects, etc.) and in on-time percentage in hitting ambitious timelines for content delivery to support global and regional campaign objectives. In addition, this role will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of analytics tools and support.
Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

  • Manage and execute content updates across the company website and E-Commerce platforms, including product information, images, videos, TDS, SDS, and supporting materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, IT, and Customer Service to ensure optimal website performance and user experience.

  • Coordinate with Brand, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, and Regional Marketing & Sales teams to deliver engaging content such as sales messaging, webinars, case studies, videos, and interactive tools.

  • Optimize website content using SEO and GEO best practices to improve search visibility, traffic, and overall site performance.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of website updates and landing pages.

  • Oversee the publishing process, ensuring all content is delivered on time and adheres to editorial and brand standards.

  • Manage day-to-day website operations, including homepage updates, product detail pages, landing pages, and digital asset updates.

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on website performance and user experience, providing regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Set up and administer analytics tools to track content effectiveness and support continuous optimization efforts.

  • Participate in cross-functional and stakeholder meetings to assess business needs and inform website enhancements and digital strategy.

  • Support the Digital Product Manager in the execution of new projects, feature enhancements, and platform improvements.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • Familiarity with content management and analytics tools as well as digital marketing, and campaign management solutions.

  • Understanding of website development, design, usability, SEO concepts.

  • Responsible for improving the online customer experience via content updates and applying SEO/SEM to enhance the website and improve online presence.

  • Previous project management or customer service experience.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings in reports/presentations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics, Photoshop & Illustrator.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $67,300 - $98,670

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
