Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Brand Managers and Brand Leadership in the development and execution of brand plans, marketing initiatives, and innovation projects aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze and track brand and category performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, volume, distribution, market share, pricing, and promotion effectiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of business reviews, brand updates, and presentations, synthesizing data and insights into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and internal reporting tools to monitor trends, identify performance drivers, and highlight risks or opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights) to ensure brand initiatives are aligned with broader commercial and operational plans.
  • Maintain brand tools, trackers, and documentation to support efficient planning, execution, and reporting.
