About the roleย 

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join a lean, growing marketing team. This role supports marketing performance, execution, and operational readiness across digital campaigns, territories, and offline activities. The position works closely with the Marketing Director and CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist.


What you'll do

Track and analyze marketing performance across campaigns, territories, and events

Support lead tracking and data inputs in collaboration with the remote CRM specialist

Assist with email and SMS campaign execution following defined workflows

Maintain and organize marketing materials for tradeshows and brand assets

Manage inventory of marketing materials, merch, gifts, and trade show assets

Support planning and execution of trade shows and events, including on-site support.

Build reports and insights to support marketing decisions.

Help ensure marketing tools and materials are updated and ready for use.

Requirements

What we're looking for

1-3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or marketing operations

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets

Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation

Ability to collaborate with remote teams
