Job description

This team will serve as a strategic connector across the marketing organization to unlock opportunities for optimization, measurement and experimentation.

We are seeking a Lead Marketing Strategy Analyst to join the team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing the performance of our marketing campaigns through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data science techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing analytics, statistical modeling, and campaign optimization, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive ROI. This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, and data science. They will excel at addressing complex business questions using compelling analytical strategies and communicating these solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence swift implementation.

In this role you will:

Translate marketing and business needs into analytical requirements E.g., data, models required to build strategic analytical solution

Establish the analytical framework to successfully deliver business OKRs

Design a robust and streamlined data-lead strategy to drive marketing optimization at scale

Run BAU, proposed and other "what if" scenarios assessments to validate approach and evaluate impact

Design an actionable marketing operations and experimentation roadmap

Build consensus and influence senior stakeholders to gain confidence in analytics proposals

Continuously evangelize analytical and data-driven problem solving, strategic mindset & experimentation best practices across the organization

What it takes:

Minimum of eight years of related work experience with five years in advanced marketing strategy and optimization analytics

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (Masters preferred)

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python for data manipulation, optimization algorithms and modeling using big data cloud platforms

Understanding of A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance

Familiarity with Marketing and Funnel KPIs like ROI, LTV, Attribution Metrics, Engagement Metrics

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Critical thinking & problem-solving skills to identify optimization opportunities and designing experiments

Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with partner and support organizations E.g., Marketing, Sales, MarTech, Data Science, Data Engineering and other Analytics teams

The ideal candidate will have:

Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including channels, platforms, and measurement strategies

Exceptional verbal+written communication and stakeholder management skills
