Job description

We are seeking a strategydriven Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our Aftermarket team and help shape the future of our growth strategy. This role is a replacement for a key contributor, offering an opportunity for a highimpact individual to quickly contribute while continuing to grow within the organization.
This position is not operational in nature. Instead, it is focused on datadriven strategy development, performance analysis, and insight generation to support decisionmaking across the Aftermarket business.

General Responsibilities
Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs
Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute roadmap and align go-to-market strategy and initiatives with broader enterprise activities
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials
Communicate all channel initiatives to necessary departments, both internal and external, to ensure visibility to channel goals & objectives
Ensure successful and timely project completion through effective communication and project management
Able to meet deadlines and work through challenges of timelines in the process
Editing and proofreading online communications, direct mail, product literature, and internal and external communication pieces
Maintain an innovative approach to all campaigns, continuing to stay up-to-date on industry trends
Design and develop marketing plans and manage all communication with internal and external sources
Monitor customer research activities and interpret all data for developing marketing strategies
Analyze all market condition and forecast all future trends and prepare accurate various order documents
Perform research related strategies and develop appropriate all related marketing plans
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies for the Aftermarket business
  • Analyze internal and thirdparty data to evaluate performance, identify market opportunities, and support strategic planning
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Partner crossfunctionally with commercial, product, and leadership teams
  • Support customer engagements and represent the organization at industry trade shows and events

Base Salary Range:

$88,000.00 - $121,000.00
