Job description

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing and brand strategy company based in Tampa, Florida.

The company partners with digital marketing agency owners to help them scale sustainably, improve performance, and break through growth plateaus through a combination of strategy, execution, and hands-on operational support.

With experience working with 150+ agencies and building multiple successful 7-figure businesses, the team combines deep industry expertise with a strong focus on execution and measurable business impact.

As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Marketing Startegy Manager who will take full ownership of brand and marketing initiatives, shape positioning, and drive marketing execution across multiple channels.

This role plays a key part in defining and amplifying the company’s market presence, ensuring consistency of messaging, and driving demand generation efforts that directly support business growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to have real ownership over brand direction, marketing strategy, and execution impact.

Role Overview

You will manage the company's brand across every channel, run the CEO's personal brand, oversee paid and organic growth, and own the creative strategy end to end. Every piece of content that goes out, every ad that runs, every angle that we test — that is your domain. You will work directly with the owners and be held to a high standard. In return, you get full creative ownership, direct access to leadership, and compensation tied to your performance.

Platforms You Will Own
  • YouTube (Long-form + Shorts)
  • Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed)
  • Facebook (Video, Stories, Feed)
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • SKOOL Community
Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy and Identity — Build and own the brand guide: visual identity, voice, tone, messaging, and positioning. Ensure everything we put out represents Limitless at the highest standard.
  • CEO Personal Brand Management — Own and execute Gill's social media presence across all platforms. Build authority, amplify thought leadership, and position him as the top voice in the agency coaching space.
  • Social Media Management — Manage all Limitless Agency channels: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any new platforms we expand into. Drive consistent posting, grow audiences, and increase engagement.
  • Paid Media and Acquisition Strategy — Lead paid advertising strategy and media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop creative angles, test audiences, and optimize funnels to drive qualified leads and booked calls.
  • Copywriting and Offer Angles — Write conversion-focused copy for ads, email, social, landing pages, and VSLs. Develop sharp offer angles that speak directly to agency owner psychology.
  • Organic Growth and Lead Generation — Build an organic content strategy that attracts, nurtures, and converts ideal clients. Own the SEO, content calendar, and community engagement playbook.
  • Video Post-Production Oversight — Partner with the video team to ensure all content — Reels, YouTube, ads, and long-form — meets elite production standards before anything goes live.
  • Offer and Front-End Funnel Refinement — Continuously improve the front-end offer, funnel messaging, and conversion architecture. Test and iterate to maximize opt-ins and booked calls.
  • Creative Strategy and Campaign Development — Develop full campaign concepts from hook to conversion. Build frameworks that cut through the noise and drive measurable results.
  • Overall Marketing Strategy — Own the quarterly marketing roadmap, channel strategy, KPI tracking, and budget allocation. Report directly to leadership with clear data and decisions.
  • Brand Prestige and Market Positioning — Ensure Limitless Agency is positioned as the premier brand in the agency coaching space. Oversee all public-facing content and partnerships to elevate our authority.
  • GHL and Marketing Tech Stack — Leverage GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, workflows, and CRM data. Keep the tech stack fully optimized.

Requirements

    • 3 to 5+ years of experience in branding, social media marketing, and marketing management with a proven track record of real results
    • Deep understanding of brand strategy — you know how to build a brand from the inside out and protect brand equity at every touchpoint
    • Expert-level copywriting skills in direct response, offer positioning, and sales-focused messaging
    • Hands-on paid media and media buying experience on Facebook/Instagram and YouTube — you understand CPL, ROAS, creative testing, and funnel optimization
    • Proven organic lead generation experience — you have built and scaled organic social presence that actually drives pipeline, not vanity metrics
    • Creative strategist mindset — you can develop full campaign concepts from scratch including hooks, angles, scripts, and visual direction
    • Multi-platform social media mastery across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    • Video content and post-production direction experience — you can give clear creative direction on editing, hooks, pacing, and visual quality
    • Analytics and data literacy — you make decisions based on data and can translate numbers into actionable strategy
    • GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a strong plus
    • Experience in the high-ticket B2B, coaching, or consulting space is a significant advantage

Compensation and What You Get

  • $65,000 to $100,000 On-Target Earnings plus performance bonus
  • Direct access to leadership
  • Full creative ownership over a growing brand in a fast-expanding company
  • High-performance office culture in Tampa, FL at Rocky Point
  • Real impact — your work drives revenue and you will know it
