Optwise Career Coaching is a U.S.-based career acceleration firm dedicated to helping students and young professionals secure internships and full-time opportunities in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Product, Consulting, and Business-related roles.

We provide personalized career coaching, resume optimization, interview preparation, networking strategies, and job search guidance for students pursuing competitive careers in North America.

We are currently seeking an experienced Brand Strategy & GTM Career Coach to support students targeting careers in Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Insights, Growth Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.


Position Overview

The Brand Strategy & GTM Career Coach will work directly with students and recent graduates to help them successfully break into marketing-related roles.

This coach should possess real-world experience in Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, Consumer Insights, or Marketing Strategy and be able to translate industry knowledge into practical job search guidance.

The ideal candidate understands how top companies hire marketing talent and can coach students through resume building, interview preparation, networking, and career positioning.

Responsibilities

Career Coaching

  • Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions with students and job seekers.
  • Assess candidate backgrounds and identify suitable career paths.
  • Help students develop a strategic job search plan.
  • Provide guidance on internship and full-time recruiting timelines.

Resume & Personal Branding

  • Review and optimize resumes for:

  • Guide students on LinkedIn optimization and professional branding.
  • Help candidates position academic projects and internships effectively.
