Marketing Data Insights & Analytics Manager

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that influence strategy, shape brands, and drive business results? We're looking for a Marketing Data Insights & Analytics Manager to help transform complex data into meaningful stories and actionable recommendations.
In this highly visible role, you'll partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Management, R&D, and Executive Leadership to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support growth across our Retail, Foodservice, QSR, National Accounts, and Prepared Foods businesses.

What You'll Do
Drive Business Performance Through Analytics
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools that measure business performance across brands, customers, channels, and categories.
  • Analyze consumer, customer, market, and operational data to uncover growth opportunities and identify potential risks.
  • Deliver insights related to market share, pricing, promotions, distribution, innovation, and competitive activity.
  • Support annual planning processes, strategic initiatives, and business reviews.
Provide Consumer, Brand & Market Insights
  • Partner with Brand Management to evaluate campaign effectiveness, brand health, and consumer engagement.
  • Translate consumer and shopper research into recommendations that support innovation, packaging, messaging, and portfolio strategies.
  • Monitor emerging trends within protein, poultry, convenience, and prepared foods categories.
  • Help innovation teams identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Build Reporting & Analytics Capabilities
  • Create and maintain automated reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Establish and maintain consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.
  • Improve the speed, accessibility, and effectiveness of insights delivery across the organization.
  • Train and support cross-functional teams on analytics tools and reporting resources.
Be a Strategic Business Partner
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support forecasting, pricing, and revenue management decisions through data-driven analysis.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner.
  • Manage multiple priorities and provide analytical support for ad hoc business needs.
Advance Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Help establish best practices for reporting, analytics, and data governance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics.
  • Manage relationships with external data providers and analytics partners.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, category management, consumer insights, or a related field.
  • Proven experience transforming data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food manufacturing, protein, or packaged food industry experience.
  • Experience supporting Retail, Foodservice, or National Account businesses.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, or similar sources.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level audiences.
