Job Description
About the role:
This individual will own the global product strategy and lifecycle management for the Data & Analytics portfolio, including the Stratus platform, Common Drug Database (CDDB) and future analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product management for the data and analytics portfolio, including the Stratus platform, Common Drug Database (CDDB) and future analytics solutions
  • Use customer insights to define data and analytics product roadmaps to drive incremental customer value
  • Serve as Marketing Core Team Lead for data and analytics innovation programs
  • Partner closely with the data and analytics marketing lead for the medication adherence portfolio to harmonize the strategy across product portfolios
  • Define monetization strategy for data and analytics portfolio
  • Effectively partner with product managers and Data & Analytics Core Team to prioritize and execute product roadmap and commercial strategy to ensure achievement of budgets, annual strategy review (ASR) plans, and longer-term sustainable growth in all customer segments
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing tactics and portfolio roadmap

About you:
This is not a traditional marketing analytics or campaign marketing role, but rather a role focused on platform ownership, commercialization, product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth. Examples of relevant experience include ownership of SaaS platforms, Data products, analytic platforms, BI products, clinical analytics solutions or healthcare software platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • At least 5 years of product management, marketing, business development, innovation, or strategic planning experience
  • Must have experience owning and commercializing a data, analytics, software, SaaS, or digital platform, including responsibility for roadmap, adoption, pricing, and growth
  • Must have pricing strategy experience
  • Ability to influence without authority and effectively work cross-culturally in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environment
  • Analytical and process-oriented with the ability to translate general ideals, concepts, and trends into actionable plans and financial projections
  • Effectively prioritizes and allocates resources to drive most impactful business outcomes. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to report onsite in Durham, NC at least 4 days a week
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and travel up to 25% domestically and internally

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Healthcare/Life Science industry experience
  • Experience with technical product management
  • Experience with revenue responsibility
