Marketing Analytics Lead

U.S. LawShield Houston, Texas, United States

About this position

About U.S. LawShield

At U.S. LawShield our focus is on encouraging people to take proactive measures to improve their safety and self-defense abilities—and to serve those who do. We strive to create better-protected communities of responsible self-defenders who have the peace of mind to live their lives confidently. Our company was established in 2009. After initially launching in Texas as Texas LawShield®, the demand for services developed well beyond state lines. Our coverage began to expand across the United States, which is when we became U.S. LawShield. Today, we provide coverage in 46 states and have proudly served more than 2 million people in their self-defense journey.

US LawShield is hiring our first dedicated Marketing Analytics Lead to help build and shape how we measure, understand, and optimize marketing performance. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Business Intelligence, serving as the primary analytics partner to Marketing leadership while building scalable reporting, attribution, and measurement capabilities.

What You’ll Own
  • Build executive-level marketing dashboards and reporting in Power BI
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks across the marketing funnel
  • Analyze acquisition, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and marketing ROI
  • Develop multi-channel marketing attribution and performance measurement
  • Build lead lifecycle and CRM-driven reporting from lead through membership
  • Analyze digital, email, affiliate, referral, event, partnership, and other marketing channels
  • Identify growth opportunities through funnel, segmentation, and customer behavior analysis
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence marketing strategy and investment
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or data analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Strong Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution, lead lifecycle analysis, and CRM reporting
  • Experience building KPI frameworks and analytics capabilities - not just maintaining existing reports
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing measurement
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights

You’ll work across technologies and data sources including Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketing automation platforms, and enterprise reporting systems.

Experience with subscription or membership businesses, insurance, legal services, or other regulated industries is a plus.

Why This Role?

This isn’t a traditional reporting role. You’ll be the first dedicated marketing analytics hire at US LawShield, with the opportunity to help establish the frameworks, dashboards, attribution models, and analytical capabilities that Marketing uses to make decisions.

If you enjoy building analytics capabilities from the ground up and want your work to directly influence growth strategy and marketing investment, we’d like to hear from you.
