Process Specialist

In this role, you will bean integral member of the marketing operations team, responsible for building and troubleshooting marketing automation campaigns. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for building and activating marketing automation campaigns, as per the scope and timeline of the requested marketing teams. They will work closely with the Campaign Operations team to ensure timely turn-around times with flawless execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Assist technical team in design and development tasks, utilize software life-cycle methodology.
  • Ensure that Q/A Testing is thorough and complete before activating campaigns.
  • Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation.
  • With a keen eye to detail, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring active marketing automation campaigns, and resolving any errors in a timely manner, working closely with the tech stack administrators, as needed.
  • The Analyst will also provide campaign and email status reports, upon request.
  • The ideal candidate should be analytical with some marketing and sales systems experience with the ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • The candidate should be able to enjoy having a large workload and balanced appropriately.
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the greater Security organization.
  • Ensure that campaigns and associated deliverables are executed on-time and within the scope of the campaign requirements
Qualifications:
Basic
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as Marketing Analyst
Preferred
  • Communicate to stakeholders and regarding campaign build statuses.
  • Assist in the definition of campaign requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies and/or steps that may have technical errors related to various integrations.
  • Understand the lead generation flow and the full-cycle processing of leads, from capture to lead assignment and conversion in Salesforce - in order to be able to guide campaign strategy related to lead goals.
