Optic Marketing Group is growing, and our team is seeking a Traffic/Project Coordinator for our full-service, fully remote marketing agency. We have built a team of marketers, designers, and developers who work collaboratively to produce exceptional work for our clients across the United States. Our agency specializes in the home services industry and works with HVAC, plumbing, electricians, and roofing contractors.


This role will be responsible for projects and campaigns from conception through implementation, ensuring all projects and campaigns are completed on time, utilize proper resources, and stay within budget. This will require resource planning, budgeting, time management, and coordination between our team members and our client's expectations.

  • Oversee and manage the workflow of creative design, paid advertising, social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, web design, video production, and more.
  • Ensure seamless integration and coordination across various marketing channels for cohesive client campaigns.

Project Coordination & Multi-Platform Marketing

  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing plans across multiple platforms, tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams to execute and refine multi-faceted marketing strategies.

Task Assignment & Resource Management

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes, assigning tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability.
  • Ensure that tasks are distributed efficiently, avoiding resource bottlenecks and overloading.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Meet with internal teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
