A leading music streaming company seeks a Marketing Automation Analyst, Marketing Campaign Development to build customer audiences, develop automated journeys, and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role partners with Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions while ensuring campaign quality, accuracy, and performance.

Marketing Automation Analyst, Marketing Campaign Development Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Data Cloud audiences, calculated insights, customer segments, Data Extensions, SQL queries, automations, and customer journeys to support personalized, scalable marketing campaigns.
  • Validate audience eligibility, data accuracy, personalization logic, and campaign functionality through comprehensive QA, monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot automation and data integration issues, and resolve deployment challenges.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, MarTech, and cross-functional marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, support new platform capabilities, and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Document technical specifications, campaign configurations, and deployment processes while following governance standards, naming conventions, and change management practices.
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives by leveraging customer segmentation, identity resolution, data modeling, and audience governance to deliver relevant customer experiences across channels.

Marketing Automation Analyst, Marketing Campaign Development Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, SQL, Data Extensions, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP), including audience creation, activation, segmentation, calculated insights, customer identity resolution, data modeling, and audience governance.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working with large relational datasets, building customer segments, lifecycle campaigns, personalized marketing experiences, and troubleshooting complex marketing automation and data integration issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, collaborate across cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, campaign testing, QA, governance, deployment processes, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud certifications is preferred.

Shift:

  • EST working hours are preferred. CST working hours are also acceptable.
