Job description

As an Activation Analyst, you will be a key player in designing and executing the programs that keep suppliers engaged, performing, and growing within the Xometry marketplace. In this highly cross-functional role, you won't manage partners directly; instead, you will collaborate with Partner Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure our incentive programs, performance campaigns, and enablement initiatives are effectively built and launched. Your work will directly drive the adoption of new features, boost participation in promotions, and enhance overall supplier engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Program Design & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help build and launch engaging activation campaigns, including incentives, fast-track promotions, and seasonal rewards.

  • Enablement & Content Creation: Develop and maintain internal guides, FAQs, and partner-facing resources to support all activation and performance initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure programs are implemented smoothly and communicated effectively.

  • Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier engagement and activation. Prepare and present clear reports to measure program outcomes and inform future strategies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal teams and analyze program results to consistently refine and optimize our activation strategies.

What You'll Need
  • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program coordination, operations, customer/partner enablement, or marketing.

  • Project Coordination: Strong project coordination skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple departments.

  • Data-Oriented Mindset: You are comfortable pulling, interpreting, and reporting on data to measure success and make informed decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex program details for a variety of audiences.

  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: You enjoy testing new campaigns, brainstorming program ideas, and finding innovative ways to drive engagement.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving marketplace environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Bonus Points: Direct experience collaborating with Product, Operations, or Marketing teams is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annuallyย depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.ย  We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; EAP, other wellbeing resources; and much more.
