How You’ll Contribute   

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, Martech and Analytics, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise analytical foundation. 
In this role, you will own the analytics behind our marketing performance by tracking pipeline contribution, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, and ensuring our go-to-market efforts are grounded in trusted data. You will play a critical role shaping the KPI architecture and executive reporting standards that drive our growth. 

  • Performance Reporting and Executive Insights 
    • Build and maintain automated dashboards that track core marketing KPIs, ensuring they are credible and decision-ready for senior leadership.  
    • Deliver recurring performance reports that identify key drivers and forecast implications for future growth.  
    • Establish and monitor leading indicators that provide early signals on campaign health and funnel efficiency.
    • Owns marketing systems, methodologies, and KPI/governance frameworks to ensure consistent measurement and data-driven decision making.
  • Pipeline and Revenue Attribution 
    • Analyze marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue using multi-touch attribution models aligned to strategic growth priorities.  
    • Partner with Revenue Operations and IT to ensure seamless integration and alignment between marketing data infrastructure and CRM systems.  
    • Develop reporting that clearly communicates marketing's impact on pipeline coverage and revenue targets. 
  • Data Governance and Funnel Analytics 
    • Monitor and optimize the lead and account lifecycle, driving alignment on funnel stages and handoff rules to improve end-to-end visibility.  
    • Apply rigorous data and process governance, including taxonomies and routing, to increase speed and consistency.  
    • Identify bottlenecks in conversion and partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, automated solutions. 
  • Campaign and Channel Optimization 
    • Evaluate campaign performance across the platform ecosystem, including CDPs and MAPs, to synthesize findings into clear recommendations.  
    • Run A/B tests and design experiments with statistically meaningful outcomes to drive platform ROI.  
    • Translate complex data into storytelling to help the team understand why performance trends are occurring and what to do next.  

What You’ll Need to Bring  

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data role, ideally at an enterprise scale. 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience pulling data from a data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. 
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and a deep understanding of integrated MarTech ecosystems.  
  • Deep familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua.  
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead and account definitions, and closed-loop reporting.  
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Nice-to-Haves  

  • Experience with ABM orchestration and intent platforms like 6sense. 
  • Experience with marketing attribution platforms like Bizible.  
  • Knowledge of privacy-by-design and data stewardship as applied to enterprise marketing data and analytics. 
  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis or automation. 
  • Industry experience driving measurement in B2B, enterprise, fintech, or platform-based businesses.

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $104,100 to $130,100. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
