  • Partner with marketing leaders to define success metrics and optimize program performance.
  • Maintain reusable definitions in markdown-based documentation and other shared knowledge assets to support team enablement and skill-building.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with data engineering, RevOps, and business systems teams to ensure data quality and governance.
  • Validate data accuracy and maintain trust in executive reporting.

Executive Measurement & Strategic Insights

  • Design and maintain executive-level marketing performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Develop KPIs and measurement methodologies that connect marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, customer growth, and business outcomes.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, board reporting, annual planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive analysis.

AI-Native Analytics & Automation

  • Own the marketing semantic layer, including KPI definitions, business logic, data dictionaries, AI-ready documentation, and reusable measurement frameworks that ensure consistency across reporting, dashboards, AI agents, and executive communications.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern analytics platforms to accelerate insight generation and improve productivity.
  • Design AI-powered workflows for reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, data enrichment, and executive brief creation.
  • Champion AI-first approaches to analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

Your experience

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to work across large, complex datasets.
  • Experience building executive-facing dashboards, scorecards, and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel analytics, pipeline generation, attribution, and revenue measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve analytical workflows and business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of Python, dbt, or modern data stack technologies.
