What you'll do:
As a Marketing Analyst, you'll be part of the Corporate Modeling & Analytics team that focuses on building, maintaining, and enhancing advanced models and analytics tools to support AmeriHome's Marketing strategies and campaign optimization tactics. You and your team will work closely with the company's marketing team where you'll play a critical role in supporting our marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of marketing analytics principles in the financial services or mortgage industry.Day-to-Day Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Model Development & Forecasting - Design, develop, and maintain unified models to track and monitor Marketing performance, including website traffic, campaign conversion rates, paid search ads, paid social ads, direct mail and other digital marketing channels.
  • Quantitative Processes & Data Engineering - Create and maintain quantitative processes including data mining, predictive modeling, and complex data processing to support data-driven insights and decision making.
  • Analytics Tools & Systems Development - Develop and oversee marketing analytics tools and systems tools (e.g., Gurobi, Hubspot, GTM, Google Analytics, Salesforce) that enable data-driven decisions, aligning capital markets operations with broader business strategies to drive profitability and effectiveness.
  • Competitive Intelligence - Assess competitive intelligence tools (i.e. Google Analytics, SemRush, Competiscan, Lashback) and assist in developing a quarterly competitive intelligence report.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication - Partner with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Lock Desk, Bulk Trading Desk, Pipeline Hedging, and FP&A to ensure analytics solutions meet diverse marketing and operational needs. Communicate effectively using data and metrics to support time-sensitive decisions with clarity and precision.
  • Automation & Scalability - Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across Marketing workflows.

What you'll need:
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with C#, SQL Server, Excel and Excel VBA, PowerBI.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with statistical analysis, including the use of tools like R or Python.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $107,395.00 - $132,661.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
