Position Summary:
Centre Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business, service offerings, customer growth initiatives, product launches, and strategic business priorities.
This role transforms business objectives into measurable marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, customer retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and modern AI-powered marketing practices to build impactful campaigns that scale.
The Marketing Campaign Manager collaborates closely with sales, business leaders, subject matter experts, and the broader marketing team. This individual is expected to actively leverage AI technologies to improve campaign execution, content creation, reporting, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units, service lines, industries, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage campaigns from planning and development through launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Build campaign plans aligned with company objectives, revenue priorities, and target audience needs.
  • Lead go-to-market marketing efforts for new service offerings, product launches, acquisitions, customer programs, and other growth initiatives.
  • Create customer journeys, messaging frameworks, and promotion strategies that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and customer adoption.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional resources.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across customer touchpoints and improve campaigns based on performance data.

Multi-Channel Marketing:
  • Lead campaigns across email, digital advertising, webinars, events, content, social media, account-based marketing (ABM), nurture programs, and partner marketing.
  • Coordinate campaign copy, creative assets, requests, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Partner with content, design, digital marketing, sales, and business leaders to execute integrated programs.
  • Support customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and account expansion initiatives.

Marketing Technology & AI:
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to improve campaign planning, content development, audience targeting, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline campaign execution, and improve productivity through AI and marketing automation platforms.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve marketing performance and business outcomes.
  • Ensure responsible use of AI while maintaining brand standards, quality, compliance, and content accuracy.

Sales Alignment & Revenue Growth:
  • Partner with sales leadership, account executives, BDRs, partner managers, and business stakeholders to support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Develop demand generation, nurture, and sales enablement programs that improve engagement and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Serve as the primary marketing owner for assigned campaigns and strategic growth initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor performance across engagement, conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
  • Develop and present insights that improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Use data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to guide campaign optimization and future planning

Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B and/or technology environment.

Preferred Qualification
  • Experience within managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, technology consulting, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of partner marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and MDF/co-op funded marketing activities.

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
