Job description

Note: APA operates on a 37.5-hour work week with one-hour lunch breaks each day. APA sets salaries based on several considerations, including years of relevant experience, level of education, and previous staff and/or governance experience at APA.

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for APA’s Business Innovation & Growth portfolio.

Education and Experience Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, paid media)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and campaign analytics
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, content, and product stakeholders

Computer Skills Required 

Advanced proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, including:

  • CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
  • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting platforms)
  • Email marketing platforms and CMS systems
  • Social media management tools (e.g., Sprout or similar)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, web, social media, paid media, and events
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including strategy, segmentation, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, ITS, content, and design teams) to develop campaign strategies and assets aligned to organizational goals
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms to support engagement and conversion
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs; provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Maintain and optimize use of digital platforms and tools to support campaign execution and reporting
  • Support paid media campaigns, including coordination with internal teams or external partners
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
