ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR

General Summary of Responsibilities The Advertising Campaign Coordinator is an integral role in our organization and part of the Ad Operations team. Based in our Walla Walla office, you will assist the advertising team with setup, launch, and reporting on our digital, social, email, and print marketing campaigns in the Walla Walla market, and be a back-up to the Yakima Campaign Coordinator as well.You will team with the Account Managers to meet print and digital deadlines and communicate effectively with all members of the team with the goal of providing great service to our advertising clients.

Essential Job Functions

   Be honest and punctual and always follow through on tasks youve committed to.    Use a mix of software applications to track and complete work efficiently.    Work with high accuracy following specific processes   to complete daily deadlines on a range of projects.  Track progress on all tasks and projects you are part of.

   Communicate effectively with internal staff and sometimes clients, using Teams chat and meetings, Outlook, and face-to-face communication.

   Collaborate with internal team members to drive quality work on time, sharing ideas, asking for feedback, and participating in meetings as needed for those projects.

   Assist with the setup of clients on various digital platforms when necessary.

   Be curious and continually improve your expertise in digital marketing, seeking out coaching, and tracking and learning from client campaign results.

   Work effectively and independently in a hybrid environment with coworkers in three office locations, using online platforms like Teams, Asana, and SharePoint as collaboration tools.

   Assist with our events to help them be profitable and increase the organizations presence throughout the community. Job Requirements

Experience

 At least 1 year of digital marketing experience but well train the right candidate.  Experience in a business-to-business setting is beneficial. Skills and Abilities

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Good comfort level with collaboration software like Teams and online cloud-based applications like CRM / customer and order databases.

Minimum Education

 High school diploma or equivalent.

Primary Job Location

 Based in our Walla Walla office. Hybrid work may be available. Language Being fluent in English and Spanish is not required but is helpful.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
