Digital Campaign Manager

The Digital Campaign Manager is a key driver of campaign success, overseeing the end-to-end execution and performance of digital advertising across multiple platforms. From accurate order setup to flawless creative deployment and timely optimization, this role ensures every campaign runs smoothly and delivers results. You'll serve as a central liaison between internal teams, agencies, and partners, keeping communication clear and execution precise. The ideal candidate brings sharp attention to detail, strong technical acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end quality assurance for digital campaigns, validating rates, targeting, placements, formats, and creative across platforms such as Google Ad Manager and various DSPs
  • Test and troubleshoot rich media and third-party creative to ensure proper functionality across ad-serving environments
  • Confirm all ad components meet technical, creative, and legal standards, including IAB, GDPR, and CCPA compliance
  • Monitor and optimize in-flight campaigns across platforms, placements, and creative variations to drive performance
  • Resolve technical issues involving HTML, JavaScript, ad tags, and third-party trackers
  • Collaborate with ad operations teams to support new product rollouts and targeting capabilities
  • Partner with sales teams to balance campaign performance with user experience and compliance
  • Manage campaign pacing, performance reporting, and key metrics, communicating updates regularly to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Campaign Performance Managers and Digital Planners to execute marketing plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate daily/weekly reporting and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage order details through Salesforce environment.

Qualifications
