Job description

Position Summary

Kacmarcik Enterprises is seeking a Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to lead the performance, distribution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts across the organization, supporting both B2B and B2C audiences.

This role manages enterprise social media channels, oversees paid digital advertising, and owns email marketing execution and performance. The Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager ensures that content is effectively distributed, optimized, and measured to maximize reach, engagement, and business impact.

This role serves as the digital performance engine for marketing across the organization.

This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Channel Management

  • Manage enterprise social media channels across brands and initiatives
  • Plan and maintain social media publishing calendars
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
  • Adapt content for platform-specific performance (format, timing, messaging)
  • Monitor engagement and manage community interactions
  • Establish and manage social media governance, including content review, approvals, and brand consistency across all channels

Email Marketing

  • Build, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Segment audiences and manage distribution lists (in coordination with Sales/CRM where applicable)
  • Optimize email performance through testing (subject lines, content, timing)
  • Track and report on email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
  • Align email campaigns to marketing priorities and business objectives

Paid Digital Advertising

  • Develop and execute paid social and digital advertising campaigns
  • Align campaigns to business objectives and budgets
  • Manage targeting, testing, and optimization of paid campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPL, engagement, etc.)

Content Distribution & Optimization

  • Distribute video, photo, and multimedia content across digital channels
  • Optimize content for performance across platforms and audiences
  • Conduct A/B testing on content formats, messaging, and targeting
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Own website analytics and digital performance tracking
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and digital engagement
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, or analytics
  • Experience managing email marketing platforms (Active Campaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance metrics
  • Experience with website analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing digital marketing for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and segmentation strategies
  • Experience working across multiple brands or business units
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization and testing strategies
