Industry: Industrial Safety / Construction Solutions

ABOUT THE COMPANY AND OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a rapidly growing organization operating in the industrial safety and fall protection sector, serving construction, manufacturing, and industrial customers across the US.

This industry is considered one of the most stable and resilient markets in construction, as workplace safety compliance continues to increase year after year. As OSHA regulations tighten and companies invest more heavily in worker protection, demand for fall protection systems and safety solutions continues to expand.

The company is experiencing strong growth and investing in expanding its marketing capabilities to support that momentum. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in scaling digital marketing performance and helping the organization strengthen its position as a leader in a highly regulated and essential industry.

For a marketing professional who wants to make a measurable impact, drive business growth, and develop expertise within a high-demand sector, this is an outstanding long-term opportunity.

THE ROLE

The Performance Marketing Specialist will own and optimize paid search initiatives across five business units with a primary focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and revenue growth.

This is a highly hands-on role responsible for managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, budget management, and performance analysis.

A key objective of this role is to generate 300+ Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month to support a national sales team of 12-15 sales representatives across multiple business units.

Success in this position will be measured by the ability to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, maximize return on advertising spend, and contribute to overall pipeline growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across five business units.

• Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns from start to finish.

• Manage monthly marketing budget of $20k across multiple brands and business units.

• Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimization decisions.

• Improve campaign effectiveness through keyword strategy, bidding adjustments, audience targeting, and ad testing.

• Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through paid search initiatives.

• Analyze lead quality and campaign effectiveness throughout the sales funnel.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and overall campaign performance.

• Manage lead flow into CRM platforms and support pipeline growth initiatives.

• Build and optimize landing pages that support lead generation campaigns.

• Track key performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support overall business objectives.

• Support future SEO, AI search, and digital marketing initiatives as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a hands-on performance marketer who is passionate about lead generation and paid search marketing.

The ideal candidate has experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results and understands how to optimize the entire lead generation funnel from click to conversion.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and/or Bing Ads campaigns.

• Experience generating qualified B2B leads through paid digital marketing initiatives.

• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and budget management.

• Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results.

• Familiarity with lead management processes, CRM systems, and conversion tracking.

• Experience working with landing pages and conversion rate optimization.

• Ability to communicate marketing performance, KPIs, and recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Experience working in a B2B environment is strongly preferred.

• Exposure to SEO, AI search optimization, or other digital marketing disciplines is considered an asset.

• Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-powered search platforms is considered an asset.
