The position of Marketing Account Manager offers an exciting and rewarding career opportunity in an ever-broadening industry. In this role, you will managing the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for agency clients. Successful candidates are perceived by their clients not merely as vendors or marketing consultants, but as trusted advisors.
This role has a strong emphasis on marketing program management, client management, client communication, project management, and communication with agency executives. Candidates must have a strong understanding of marketing in order to communicate with clients and agency leadership. The Marketing Account Manager oversees marketing programs for clients but does NOT perform marketing execution duties.
The total compensation range is $60,000 - $70,000 and consists of base pay ($40-50K) and performance pay, and other earned monetary and non-cash awards. One of the bonuses has uncapped earning potential, based on your total book of business. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal growth,

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and continually improving relationships to transition from a vendor mindset to a trusted strategic partner.
Strategic Planning: Enrich the market position and brand image of your clients' organizations
Campaign & Program Management: Oversee the program management of comprehensive traditional and digital marketing campaigns, projects, and events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal creative teams, digital specialists, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets and strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and data-driven insights confidently to client Directors and C-level executives.
Performance Tracking: Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring an outstanding ROI and driving business growth for clients.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing program management or marketing account management (agency experience preferred).
Project Management: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex, multi-layered marketing projects, campaigns, or events simultaneously.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects, guide creative teams, and manage client expectations under tight deadlines.
Marketing Competency: Strong understanding of both traditional marketing channels and modern digital marketing strategies.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of effectively influencing C-level executives.
