Job description

Creating Results, a growing full-service strategic marketing and sales agency serving clients nationwide, is currently seeking a full-time Account Manager to join the Account Services team. Creating Results works with clients who serve mature consumers, with a focus in senior living and 55+ real estate.

WHAT YOU WILL MAINLY DO

With guidance from account leads, the Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Account Directors with managing client relationships and is primarily responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for client project execution work, the Account Manager coordinates with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions that meet client objectives for approved marketing plans/campaigns.

Key responsibilities of an Account Manager along with corresponding percentages of their time:

Project Management (50%)

  • Responsible for the consistent, successful facilitation of projects from kickoff/spec sheet development through final delivery
  • Creates and maintains campaign/project work-back schedule
  • Schedules and prepares for internal production and client status meetings
  • Communicates with clients about project execution details
  • Communicates with internal account team as schedules are modified significantly throughout execution when modifications result in additional scope required or major timing changes, utilizing negotiation and consensus approach to remedy competing priorities
  • Works closely with Account Directors to ensure marketing plan files are accurate and mirror accurate schedules/budgets
  • Provides day-to-day project related client communication, keeping Account Directors informed
  • Manages quality of all client deliverables

Relationship Management (30%)

  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships
  • Keeps Account Directors informed of project status and next steps of all assigned account projects
  • Participates in regular client-facing meetings
  • Recognizes account business issues and alerts Account Directors of opportunities
  • Motivates and manages internal execution team to execute project work
  • Encourages teamwork and accountability to complete project tasks on time and on budget
  • Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the agency and clients for assigned accounts, conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide strategic guidance

Budget Management (20%)

  • Manages all projects on-quality, on-time, and on-budget
  • Monitors project budgets, allocated/actual labor and schedules daily
  • Proactively mitigates scope creep and roadblocks
  • Performs client billing procedures for assigned accounts

SALARY & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Salary Range

Competitive director-level starting salary range of $65,000-$75,000, dependent on proven experience, plus inclusion in profit-sharing bonus program.

The minimum criteria for this Account Manager opportunity are as follows:

Education and/or Experience

  • 3+ years of project management or account service experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and project management software
