  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing tactics and measurable KPIs, with a focus on driving outcomes
  • Guide clients through campaign planning, launches, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
  • Oversee execution across all marketing tactics, including paid advertising, digital, social, content, email, partnerships, and experiential
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
  • Cooperating with other departments to define marketing campaign plans and ensure they align with the desired outcomes
  • Partner closely with video and design creative teams to shape, develop, and refine creative concepts and assets from early ideation through final execution
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, account management, and client services
  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy and building integrated marketing plans
  • Hands-on experience across paid advertising and a wide range of marketing tactics
  • Strong background in managing and growing client accounts
  • Experience working with sports and/or enterprise-level clients is highly desirable
  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead confidently, manage multiple priorities, and make strategic decisions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with an execution-first mentality
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to stay ahead of marketing trends and innovation
