Responsibilities:

Work closely with the on-site salesteams to understand initiatives and coordinate project implementation.

Collaborate with creative, production,research, media, and accounting teams to ensure project success.

Practice clear, concise, and accurateoral and written communication.

Prepare and manage coordination ofproject schedules and workflow traffic for creative projects using thecompany's production management system.

Interface daily with traffic/creativeteams for project schedules and workflow status updates.

Coordinate internal and communityreview of creative work.

Proofread both copy and design ofcreative projects prior to release.

Research and purchase mailing listsfor direct mail campaigns.

Prepare communications for theinternal team and communities; organize and maintain project documentationfiles.

Coordinate with sales team and clientsregarding due dates, feedback, approvals, etc.

Communicate marketing campaign launchdates, lead source tracking codes, and updates to communities' monthlycalendars.

Assist with team members onboardingand offboarding digital platforms.

Prepare sales and marketing resultsreports for community Semi-Annual Marketing Plans.

Review and analyze data from CRMsystems such as Welcome Home, CallRail, and Google Analytics.

Assist in the development of marketingreports.

Communication and interface withexternal vendors for production of designed creative.

Develop internal documentation forcompany-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years' experience inmarketing, communications, or advertising.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong organization and timemanagement skills.

Experience with production managementsystems (e.g., Teamwork, Trello, Asana).

Experience with analyzing CRM data ispreferred.

Attention to detail and ability tomultitask.

Strong communication and presentationskills.

Team-oriented with a willingness tocollaborate.

Self-motivated and takes initiative in a remote work setting.

Relies on extensive experience andjudgment to plan, prioritize, and work independently.
