Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you'll serve as the primary analytics partner for marketing initiatives across BOK Financial. You'll leverage customer, campaign, performance, and bank product and service data to develop targeted audiences, evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making. This role will support a wide range of marketing activities, including customer segmentation, campaign measurement, A/B testing, reporting, and analytics. You'll collaborate closely with business partners across consumer banking, mortgage, wealth, and other lines of business to deliver insights that enhance marketing performance, strengthen customer relationships, and improve business outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to optimize existing processes, introduce new analytical approaches, and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing data and reporting.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Partnering with marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver analytical solutions that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Developing targeted customer lists and audience selections for marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with business rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and delivering insights that help optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and other marketing experiments to support data-driven decision making.
  • Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key marketing metrics and performance trends.
  • Identifying customer segments, behaviors, and opportunities that support more personalized and effective marketing strategies, serving as the customer data expert.
  • Translating complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing leaders and business partners.
  • Enhancing and streamlining existing analytics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners across consumer banking, mortgage, wealth, and corporate marketing to support strategic initiatives.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics and customer data, reporting, and insights.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, logic and problem-solving capabilities across complex datasets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly detailed-oriented.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and data analysis techniques.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear concise manner, including presentation to senior leadership.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data governance, validation, and quality control processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
