About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Tableau Developer, driving impactful business intelligence solutions for enterprise operations. Leverage your expertise to design, build, and optimize advanced Tableau dashboards that power critical decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape data-driven strategies, and contribute to ongoing BI initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for enterprise users
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into actionable analytics solutions
- Integrate and validate data from multiple enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and performance-monitoring dashboards to support business objectives
- Optimize dashboard performance, data quality, and overall user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve data visualization and reporting issues with attention to detail
- Create comprehensive technical and user documentation; provide knowledge transfer to team members
- Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and BI initiatives as directed

- 8+ years' experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and data visualizations in an enterprise environment
