Job description

Allied Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Sales Operations Compensation Analyst to support the commission, compensation, reporting, and process administration that help our sales organization run effectively.
In this role, you'll manage sales commission administration, respond to commission-related inquiries from Sales and Service representatives, research and resolve issues, maintain commission data, support compensation programs, and create reports and analyses for leadership. You'll work closely with Sales & Service leadership, Accounting, Product, and cross-functional partners to help ensure commission payments, bonus calculations, documentation, and workflows are accurate, timely, and aligned with established policies and contractual agreements.

Manage Commission & Contract Administration

  • Research and respond to commission inquiries fromSales and Servicerepresentatives, coordinate problem resolution, and evaluate exception requests.

  • Enter new commission requests, review submittedrequests, andconfirm accuracy of the data.

  • Manage commission adjustments, unassigned commissions, monthly assignment updates, retroactive payments, and revisions.

  • Perform routine audits to ensure commission payments align with established policies, commission schedules, and contractual agreements.

  • Maintain and updatethecommissionmatrixand sales representative commission schedules.

  • Provide training and communication on commission processes, workflows, and commission systems.

  • Ensure commission workflows meet established service levels and supporttimely,accuratecommission payments.

  • Maintain organized tracking of commission-related requests, issues, exceptions, updates, and resolutions.

Support Compensation & System Administration

  • Manage implementation of new commission guarantees, removal of guarantees, commission advances, and residual commission schedules.

  • Calculate quarterly, bi-annual, and annual bonus payments.

  • Create reporting and analysis related to Sales and Service commissions and compensation.

  • Review, update, andmaintaindocumentation related to commission processes, policies, procedures, and workflows.

  • Coordinate with Accounting on reconciliation between systems, procedure updates, issue resolution, and process enhancements.

  • Identify, recommend, and test commission system changes and enhancements.

  • Support process improvement efforts that improve accuracy, efficiency, communication, and visibility across commission and compensation workflows.

SupportReporting, Analytics & Sales Administration

  • Collect,validate, interpret, design, and organize data into clear reports, summaries, and updates.

  • Support reporting and analysis related to recognition, budgets, and Sales Operations initiatives.

  • Collaborate with team members to support department functions, including recognition programs, budget, contracts, andreporting.

  • Support management with case-specific or situation-specific needs.

  • Invest in personal development on commission, compensation, and Sales Operations best practices.

WhatWe'reLooking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science, or a related field

  • 3-4 years of work-related experience

  • Reporting and analytical experience, including qualitative and quantitative analysis

The projected base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $79,000 (annualized USD). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans. This salary range is a good faith estimate, and not a guarantee of the ultimate salary offering.
