This team combines customer success, connected equipment insights, product expertise, engineering, and operational support to help customers better understand fleet health and act on emerging equipment issues. As the global customer base expands, this role will help create more consistent, scalable Customer Success processes while enabling senior customer-facing leaders to focus on strategic relationships and executive engagement.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Analyze fleet trends, recurring issues, equipment-health indicators, and emerging risks to help prioritize customer follow-up.
  • Develop fleet summaries and customer-ready materials for recurring account and fleet performance reviews.
  • Create standardized customer health reports, monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
  • Track customer adoption, engagement, operational actions, and fleet performance metrics.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers and operating locations, including setup, documentation, checklists, and enablement materials.
  • Maintain Customer Success operating procedures, templates, best practices, training documentation, and process guides.
  • Support action-item tracking and coordination across Customer Success, product, engineering, technical support, and regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer records, operational trackers, governance materials, and recurring program documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives designed to make Customer Success delivery more scalable and consistent globally.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Customer Success Operations and Analytics?

  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required, both written and verbal.
  • Professional experience supporting Customer Success operations, customer analytics, fleet operations, technical services, or a closely related environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, recurring issues, high-risk assets, and actionable insights.
