Job description

An established metal fabrication and contract manufacturer in Fort Wayne is hiring its first dedicated Business Analyst. This is a solo, high-ownership role for someone who wants to be the resident expert on the company's ERP system, build out reporting and dashboards from the ground up, and lead process improvement across the business.
What you will do: own the ERP as the internal subject matter expert, build reports and dashboards that drive decisions, map and streamline business processes, run user acceptance testing on new tools, and act as the bridge between business teams and technology.
What we are looking for: 2+ years in business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation), hands-on ERP experience, and reporting/BI build skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or advanced Excel). Manufacturing or job-shop background and experience with a manufacturing ERP are strong pluses

This role is fully onsite in Fort Wayne with an early start.
