Job description

DESCRIPTION

The Sr Manager BI – (Commercial Enablement Trainer), will lead design and development efforts to create and launch a unified commercial workflow platform. Develop, design and deliver training on a new end to end platform that spans insights, planning, execution and reporting for the Omnichannel sales services and Business Intelligence teams. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training that focuses on advanced, insight-driven analytical solutions that provide actionable insights, business solutions, and proactive recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, Develop and deliver and maintain multi-facted training programs supporting the adoption of new commercial workflows and application and related business processes.Including instructor-led content, eLearning modules, job aids, reference guides, videos, and performance support tools
  • Provide training solutions that enable associates to effectively leverage AI-generated insights, recommendations, alerts, and automated workflows while applying business judgment to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Lead user readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and role-transition strategies to ensure successful behavioral change across sales, category, analytics, and leadership audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Acosta Group teams to develop high-quality learning solutions that leverage effective tools, technologies, and instructional strategies
  • Train users to interpret analytical outputs, evaluate recommendation quality, understand business drivers, and convert insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Create role based learning experiences for diverse user audiences.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, office hours, and onboarding programs
  • Develop Case use studies and learning assessments to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance measures
  • Support training initiatives across key workflow areas including insight generation, opportunity identification, recommendation development, strong effective presentation creation, execution tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Support change management activities by creating communication plans, adoption resources, and user engagement strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions that improve user adoption and productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams regarding learning strategies, user readiness, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Lead training to transition users from previous business processes to utilizing the new platform to drive their business practices and decisions.
  • Design and deliver engaging training and comprehensive learning materials.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and build targeted learning materials.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness, collect feedback, assess learning outcomes and recommend improvements
  • Analyze data and offer strategic recommendations across product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
  • Train associates to maximize the commercial system to effectively analyze data, generate insights and data driven recommendations, diagnose drivers, identify opportunities, track execution and monitor performance.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field is preferred
Work Experience Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and business intelligence data, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively respond to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Knowledgeable in Commercial business processes, learning technologies, content development, storytelling.
  • Preferred experience in Project Management, Sales Enablement, and/or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Skilled in analyzing business challenges, preparing data-driven plans, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills, able to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Experienced managing projects independently, breaking down complex problems, and tracking progress.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and be proficient in Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Video Software and Genially.
