Job description

Who We Are
As one of the fastest-growing on-the-go drinkware companies in America, we've got a reputation for doing great things. Our vision is simple - bring delight to eating and drinking.
Delight is different to everyone. Whether it's the perfect cup of coffee, or a water bottle that helps you crush your workout, our mission is to make it look great, function perfectly and cost less than you'd expect.
Delivering on this promise takes extraordinary efforts and exceptional people. Through our teams' ingenuity and grit, we've created a place where the best ideas win, and they can come from anyone. Our culture combines the scrappy spirit of a startup with the perks of a market leader.
We believe the right way to design products starts and ends with two key ingredients: process + people. Process is the path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. People are the secret sauce that adds ingenuity every step of the way.
Together, we navigate each day with optimism, curiosity, a healthy sense of humor and a strong allergy to the word "no." This desire for better, coupled with a deep understanding of consumers' daily lives, gets us to meaningful delight.
About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Junior Sales Analyst to join our Sales team! In this role, you won't just crunch numbers. You'll actually translate complex retail data into actionable strategies that optimize inventory health and ace key Walmart operational metrics like OTIF. From diving into Tableau, Retail Link, and Luminate to identify market trends, to mastering item onboarding and supporting planogram execution, you will become a true subject matter expert across Walmart's ecosystems. If you have a passion for retail analytics, a sharp eye for detail, and want high-visibility experience, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly business performance reporting, including POS sales, inventory, replenishment, and key Walmart KPIs.
  • Analyze business and market trends using Walmart Scintilla, Tableau, Retail Link, and other data sources to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor in-stock performance, inventory levels, and replenishment trends, proactively identifying issues and partnering with internal teams on corrective actions.
  • Manage and track key Walmart operational metrics, including OTIF, ASN accuracy, fill rates, inventory health, and compliance measures.
  • Support Walmart item setup and maintenance activities, serving as a backup resource for item onboarding, updates, and system management.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Walmart documentation and operational requirements, including SSOs, RFID setup, and product information management.
  • Support planogram execution, assortment tracking, and in-store reporting tools to ensure accurate merchandising and retail execution.
  • Present data-driven insights and performance updates in cross-functional meetings, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Support ad hoc requests from Walmart buyers, account managers, and internal stakeholders while building expertise across Walmart systems and processes.
  • Occasional travel to Walmart's Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, for meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of analytical experience in a retail, consumer goods, or sales environment; Walmart experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working with product information management systems such as Syndigo, Salsify, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Walmart systems including Item360, Luminate, Retail Link, IDM, Scintilla, or comparable retailer platforms a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools is a plus.
