Pre‑Sales Representative / Route Sales – Beverage Industry

Harrington Bottling, a proud family‑owned Pepsi Bottler, is seeking a motivated Full‑Time Pre‑Sales (Route Sales) Representative to support our growing sales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in outside sales, route sales, and account management within a fast‑paced, people‑focused beverage distribution environment.

Position Overview

As a Pre‑Sales Representative, you will sell and promote a broad portfolio of non‑alcoholic beverages to grocery and retail accounts along an established route. You'll manage a defined territory using a company‑provided vehicle and iPad‑based sales system to handle orders, pricing, and customer relationships.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for growing beverage brands with current customers while identifying new sales opportunities within your territory. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, building strong relationships with store managers, submitting and updating electronic orders, and applying pricing and profitability principles. You'll also merchandise products, build in‑store displays, rotate inventory, and safely operate a company vehicle in all weather conditions. Occasional assistance with deliveries or display execution may be required.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential, along with comfort using tablet technology and basic sales math. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
