We are currently seeking a Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. This Junior FMS Financial Analyst will provide resource planning and financial analysis within the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Weapon System Team. This position requires on-site support on an as-needed basis, as determined by the Program Office.
Functional Description:
Examine FMS budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze FMS budgeting and accounting reports. Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Enter/review financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Management Information System for International Logistics, or Standard Procurement System.
Assist in tracking to monitor expenditures, forecast future financial needs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or reallocation.
Prepare and deliver financial documentation, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the financial management team's efforts in developing pre-case pricing data; preparation and execution of financial documents in the various case management and financial systems; providing financial analysis of FMS, potential FMS and ICDP programs; tracking funds commitments, obligations and expenditures; assisting in the development and presentation of financial briefing materials; developing and maintaining a financial status report; and reconciling FMS cases in preparation for closure.
Required Experience:
This position requires zero (0) to three (3) years of experience.
Education:
BA/BS degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
Allowable Substitutions:
Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category or four years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category.
or
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy concentration in Excel

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,819.01-$67,228.51 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
