Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you will help develop and execute digital media campaigns across OTT and streaming platforms, partnering closely with Account Executives, marketing teams, and clients to deliver successful advertising solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic digital media plans for OTT and streaming campaigns.

  • Partner with Account Executives and marketing teams to build insight-driven advertising solutions across FLX and FOX streaming properties.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners, providing exceptional service throughout campaign execution.

  • Present product updates and educate clients and agencies on FLX's advertising offerings and capabilities.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize delivery and effectiveness.

  • Prepare campaign performance reports and client presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or media planning.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.

  • Experience interpreting campaign data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Understanding of digital advertising performance metrics and the evolving TV and OTT advertising landscape.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to changing business priorities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working with clients or agency partners is preferred.

  • Experience leading projects or mentoring others is a plus.

Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
