Job description

OUTBOUND SALES AGENT

Do you have high energy and customer service/sales experience? Are you interested in being part of a team that nurtures your professional success? If so, Store Space is looking to hire an Outbound Sales Agent to join our team, and it could be you!

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - 18.00 with a competitive monthly bonus structure! We also offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, 401(k) with company match, pet insurance, PTO, and sick time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will proactively engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls with a strong focus on driving new sales and managing Accounts Receivable (AR). This role is centered on converting leads, re-engaging past prospects, and working directly with current tenants to resolve outstanding balances, prevent delinquency, and support revenue recovery efforts.

Your day will consist of making strategic outbound calls to generate rentals, upsell storage solutions, and collect or secure payment commitments, all while delivering courteous, timely, and professional service. Daily goals will be centered around sales conversion, AR reduction, and meaningful customer interactions.

You will hold yourself to high expectations, continuously sharpen your sales and negotiation skills, build strong customer relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of our products, policies, and collection practices. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTBOUND SALES AGENT

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)

Experience working in a customer service/sales-based environment is a plus. You should also be action-oriented, focused on optimizing work processes, and actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged in your professional development
