Now Hiring: Residential Renovation Sales Agent – Pennsylvania

Philly Construction MGMT is hiring a Residential Renovation Sales Agent to help homeowners move forward with remodeling and home improvement projects.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Strong in sales and customer communication

  • Knowledge of residential renovation or construction.

  • Comfortable meeting homeowners in person

  • Organized with follow-up and CRM management

  • Able to close renovation projects confidently

  • Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Experience in sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling sales, or construction sales preferred.

  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with leads

  • Preparing estimates and proposals

  • Following up with prospects

  • Closing residential renovation projects

  • Working closely with our team to deliver a great customer experience

Compensation: Base + commission + Bonuses for self-generated business

Benefits: PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement.
