Job Description

As a Virtual Sales Agent IC you will create revenue for the company by engaging Nonowners via 90-minute virtual tour (video conference) to create opportunity to sell timeshare week(s) to prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values: Integrity, Passion and Work Ethic.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage prospects who have stayed at a Westgate location resort (i.e. renters, exchangers, owner referrals who toured and did not buy or did not tour) and VOA members (Used & Expired) via video conference to present a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships first time buyers.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a minimum 90-day average net volume of $33,000.
  • Follow up with First Time Buyers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Take a minimum of Two (2) virtual tours per day.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales (virtual sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools and online sales platforms
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with video calls and other virtual communication tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three to six months 6 months of Timeshare or other Sales related experience. 
  • Florida Real Estate License
