JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES AGENT - VIRTUAL AGENCY


Employment Status: Full Time

Hourly Base Pay + Performance Bonuses

Hours of operation:Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm(Shifts vary)

Training details: Paid training provided


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase sales of all products represented by Pronto Insurance

  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers & ensure complete customer satisfaction

  • Ensure Pronto sales model is followed throughout the life of a policy:

    • New business (DPs)

    • Payments

    • Amendments

    • Renewals

  • Effectively use the sales and administration software provided

  • Monitor daily sales vs. goals

  • Follow phone etiquette at all times

  • Follow underwriting guidelines for all products

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Attend sales trainings and meetings as needed

  • Any and all other duties as requested by your supervisor

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year minimum of sales or customer service experience

  • Attitude for success & desire to make money

  • Positive, energetic, sales motivated attitude

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Must be able to type and use computer to capture data

  • Be able to assist customer while locating information or processing payment in a timely manner

  • Multitask with two computer screens and phone calls

  • Bilingual English & Spanish (REQUIRED)
