We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our seasonal remote team. In this role you will assist customers with Medicare plans, answer questions, handle inbound calls and provide a smooth and helpful customer experience.


Job Details:


Pay: $21.50/hour
Job Type: Seasonal - through December 8, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 8 AM-9 PM EST | Full-time
Location: Remote


Qualifications:

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • AEP/Sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full-time availability


Remote Requirements:

  • Internet: 35 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum
  • Speedtest.net screenshot required showing ISP
  • Quiet, professional home workspace


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and assist with Medicare plan selection.
  • Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support enrollments, payments, and policy-related requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and confidentiality.
