Ready to be the "engine" behind a high-performing team? A top-tier agency in Pawtucket, RI is looking for a dynamic Insurance Customer Agent.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for policyholders, navigating the fast-paced world of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. While a license isn't required to start, your previous P&C experience will ensure you hit the ground running!
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $52,000 – $55,000 per year
Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Customer Agent:
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary phone and email contact for billing and coverage inquiries.
  • Policy Administration: Coordinate policy modifications (endorsements) like vehicle and property updates.
  • Documentation: Prepare and distribute insurance certificates, auto ID cards, and essential forms.
  • Claims Support: Guide clients through initial claims intake and bridge communication with carriers.
  • Renewals & Data: Manage the renewal cycle and maintain precise logs in the agency management system.

Qualifications of the Insurance Customer Agent:
  • Experience: 1–2 years of direct experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  • Licensing: Active state P&C Insurance License is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
