The role serves as a primary contact for Input Finance customers. Additionally, Customer Experience Representatives supports other teams within the department providing the opportunity to be involved in the Customer Experience from start to finish.

You and Your Job
As a Customer Experience Representative you will be successful being a great communicator. The key purpose is also to solve problems and listen to the customer's needs. It is important to be able to multitask and prioritize what needs to be done when things are busy. You will be successful if you are a team player.
The Customer Experience Representative supports the Relationship Managers, Field Finance Representatives, and Customers of RAF's Input Finance department. The role serves as primary contact for Customers of Input Finance. They participate & assist RMs in the annual selling & retention efforts of strategic accounts. Additionally, the role provides exemplary service & support to Input Finance's field sales force, strategic accounts, and their distribution partners, by serving as a process expert and diagnosing & resolving a wide range of potential issues.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide the best possible customer service and work strategically to achieve Input Finance goals.
  • Assist the RM's and Field Finance Reps in uncovering and/or understanding potential marketing & communication opportunities a specific account may present.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and demonstrate the knowledge & willingness to provide the best possible service.
  • Communicate with customers effectively and seek additional information for clarification
  • Serve as first point of contact for Input Finance field sales staff, a strategic account, a strategic account's field sales force, and a strategic account's distribution partners concerning day-to-day matters.

  • Associates Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Other IS skills and report writing skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to conduct business and make customer presentations over the phone or in person.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
