Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making someone's day a little easier? As a Customer Experience Representative at Coastal Waste & Recycling, you'll be the voice of our company, building trust with our customers by delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
At Coastal, customer service is a team effort. Our Customer Experience Representatives work together to support customers across all of our markets, partnering with Operations to ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and caring service.
Your Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll help customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing service requests, and partnering with Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Through our technology and collaborative team approach, you'll support customers across multiple Coastal locations, helping ensure every customer receives the same great service no matter where they are.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, billing, account information, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and partnering with Operations to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Process account changes, new service requests, cancellations, and other customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while building positive relationships with customers.
  • Partner with teammates across all Coastal markets to help balance workloads and provide seamless customer support.
  • Follow up with customers, when appropriate, to ensure concerns have been resolved and expectations have been exceeded.
  • Support special projects and other customer experience initiatives as assigned.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
