We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Engagement Representative to join our growing dealership team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by achieving results, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create an exceptional experience from their first inquiry to their dealership visit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
  • Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and identify their vehicle or service needs.
  • Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and service visits.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support dealership marketing campaigns by contacting and nurturing leads from multiple sources.
  • Track activity and provide regular reports on lead performance, appointments, and follow-up efforts.
