Job Responsibilities

Lead the B2C sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets Manage key national accounts across mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, etc.) Develop and execute pricing strategies and manage trade spend Own and manage account-level P&L to ensure profitability and growth Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributors Plan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and merchandising resets Align closely with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing) on sales planning and execution Analyze performance data and market trends to guide strategic decisions Represent the sales team in retailer meetings, industry trade shows, and internal reviews

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in food Strong knowledge of mainstream retail channels and distributor/broker management Demonstrated success in pricing strategy and account-level P&L management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales tools Must be able to work on-site, Monday through Friday Long-term commitment to company vision and team leadership Korean language proficiency is a plus but not required Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events
