Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers by providing prompt, professional, and effective customer service. This role supports daily operations by processing customer orders, managing inventory transactions, coordinating shipments, and maintaining communication between customers and warehouse personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and shipment requests according to customer specifications.
  • Receive and enter inbound inventory into customer and company systems.
  • Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and tracking details.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of customer activity.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and warehouse operations to resolve issues and support account management.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
