Computer, high speed internet and phone with 3 way calling and knowledge of use are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and better than basic computer knowledge are a must. Job responsibilities include, appointment-scheduling, assisting with customer accounts, answering customer questions about company products and services. Must have friendly, professional phone demeanor, the ability to multitask and work unsupervised. Work is done through our virtual offices making this is a telecommute position. 85% of the work is done online with the other 15% done by phone. Complete comprehensive training provided.
