Guest Service Representative (Afternoon & Overnight Shifts)
Cobblestone Inn & Suites – Ambridge, PA
We are seeking a reliable, detail-driven Guest Service Representative who takes pride in completing their work to a high standard. This role is best suited for individuals with strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right every time. Afternoon and/or overnight availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
Position Overview:
You will manage front desk operations, ensure accurate records, and provide professional guest service. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently—especially during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Washing, Drying, folding and storing laundry (Sheets and towels)
  • Greet and assist guests professionally
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately
  • Maintain organized and precise records
  • Monitor property activity and ensure guest safety overnight
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Complete shift reports and communicate with team members
  • Maintain lobby and light upkeep as needed
  • Be The Hotel.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attendance is REQUIRED – dependability is critical
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Pride in completing duties thoroughly and correctly
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Consistent, verifiable work history
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Availability for afternoons, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 21+ and able to use stairs while carrying up to 20 lbs.
Schedule:
  • Afternoon (3pm-11pm) & Overnight (Night Audit 11pm-7am) shifts
  • Weekends & Holidays required
