We are a B2B kitchen cabinets wholesaler, we offer in stock, ready to assemble, shaker style cabinets to contractors, retailers and builders, we provide value added services such as design, assembly and delivery. We source our products from southeast Asia, we currently operate in IL, TX and FL.

Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for customer service reps to join the team. You'll need to:

  • work on site
  • be responsible for entering sales orders in our ERP system Oracle NetSuite based on orders received via email, phone or oral instructions from walk in customers
  • be detail oriented, ensure orders entered are accurate, minimize errors and mistakes
  • communicate with customers via email, phone and face to face, capable of communicating to customers and resolving customer complains
  • coordinate with warehouse supervisors to make arrangements for pick/pack/ship and deliveries
  • over time, develop abilities to read kitchen cabinet design blueprints and convert to sales orders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • High level of attention to details
  • Familiarity with the NetSuite ERP, or other similar ERP
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
